Help with 3 SES Codes

Help with 3 SES Codes OK my SES went off again (2 of which are 02 sensor codes which i'm likely going to ignore - don't need a smog check for awhile either) and one is a shift solenoid.
Any advice if i need to touch this? I have a predator programmer on a 2000 LS1 A4, a friend tuned it with HP Tuner and then I had him pull off the tune and then put back the predator stock performance tune again. I believe my 02 sensor SES's come on occassionally due to an exhaust cutout I have.

P0137 - 02S CIRCUIT BANK 1 - SENSOR 2 - LOW VOLTAGE
P0157 - 02S CIRCUIT BANK 2 - SENSOR 2 - LOW VOLTAGE
P0751 SHIFT SOLENOID A, PERFORMANCE OR STUCK OFF
I still to this day have problems with the tranny automatically kicking down to the lowest gear on WOT (the HP Tuner fixed this, but I needed control back of my computer again, so I am ok with manually downshifting on WOT to the lowest gear).
