Possible Scammer - Buyer Beware - Issues Unresolved

car is driving me nuts!!!!!!!! my car is doing SEVERAL different things while driving, can anyone help me figure out what my problem is.
1. short term and long term idle trims reset themselves automatically at random intervals (HPTuners)
2. car stutters under part throttle but acts fine under WOT
3. while driving, all electronics will shut off and right back on (radar detector, radio, lights, gauges sweep and dash lights flash)
any ideas?

Here's the symptoms:
1) Fuel trims reset by themselves
2) onboard electronics shut off/on
3) car stutters under part throttle
Here's what they all have in commong: intermittant electrical
1) If any of the instruments related to closed loop (O2s, MAF, temp sensor) reset or lose communication, then fuel trims would reset/restart
2) What would cause all cockpit instruments to turn on/off? Bad ground (open) or bad power (short)
3) Part throttle issues-- O2s or MAF, again instrumentation related.
Seems like there's a common source for most/all of the issues. In my experience, it's not typical two have 2 or 3 things all go wrong at once. Generally they are all derived from a common source.
