Wierd Issue after H/C

Wierd Issue after H/C Well did the heads/cam setup on my car listed below, run ngk tr6's and have a coil relocation setup from thunder racing. Car was running unbelievable, all of a sudden driving home one night idling down the road i got flashing ses light for about 10secs then it went away. Checked for codes with a scanmaster and nothing, check wires and a couple plugs and everything looked ok. Figured it was a little hick-up, happened again the other night... Beat the hell out of the car for a little and everything was great, it sat for about 20min and i fire it up and just cruisin it wouldn't want to go past like 2k rpm? then realized i had that flashing ses, still no code on the scanmaster? Then after 10 seconds it went away again, and everything is running fine. Beat it up and no problems, no KR and even running a tad fat. Does flashing ses mean anything other than misfire? Going to check all my plugs again/wires...not sure whats going on. 
Yes. Flashing SES is a misfire indicator. Only think is, with the new H/C setup, the PCM is most likely detecting false misfires. I'd take it back to your tuner and have him change the misfire tables.
