potential horsepower increase with dyno tune
potential horsepower increase with dyno tune Is a dyno tune worth the bucks? I finally have my car running good, but my friends with EFI tell me its running too rich and not enough timing. I recently installed a Moser 12 bolt with 373 gears so I need to get my speedometer calibrated for the new gears anyway. What are the potential gains from the programming?
A dynotune can definetly help. It just depends on how far off the air/fuel and timing actually are. If its way off it could make a huge difference if its not you may not tell the difference. But if youve never had it tuned its always a good idea to have it done to get the most out of your mods.

I just wanted to give a special thanks to Don and everyone else over at Exotic Performance Plus. I went to them for my new 9” rear end and install. Everyone there was great to deal with from start to finish. They took the extra time to explain things when I had questions, no rushing me at all.
All I can say is the sales and service are great. If you are looking for a new rear end. Or, anything else since they stock a ton of parts.
Oh yea one other item….. If you need a tune this is the place. I saw a car come in with mid 300RWHP/RWTQ and leave with an additional 100RWHP/RWTQ, this on a Mustang Dyno.
Always nice to find a place like this, I’ll be back.
