Engine misfire question
Engine misfire question Recently, my car has developed a high rpm misfire. It happens at WOT and generally above 5000 RPM's. The strange thing is, is it only does it when the car has reached operating temperature. If I start the car when it's cold, and accelerate hard, it will not do it. Any suggestions?
I also have a log file of the miss if it could help anyone. I am also not getting any misfire codes because the misfire only happens at WOT, and I understand the computer cannot read misfires during that time.
