BS3 problem help!!!!!!!!!!

BS3 problem help!!!!!!!!!! I just hooked everything up.
The motor cranks.
No spark
No fuel pump (it only primes)
I am getting 100 rpm.
I see the TPS.
I looked at the inputs/outputs. No crank pulses or cam pulses.
Any ideas?

Cam sensor.
I am running the ls2, which has a different plug. We plugged it in direct thinking that we don't need the extension piece but then noticed that the extension harness crosses 2 wires. So we re-pinned the plug and she fired right up.
