efilive/ pcm good? question. please help.
efilive/ pcm good? question. please help. ok so i am at the point of my project. 92 camaro ls1/t56 where i need to start it. so i hooked up my efilive to my car. turn on the ignition. and go to check the status of the read pcm calibration window. it says can not connect with pcm blah blah blah.
is my pcm bad?
i know you probably need more info then that so just ask cus i dont knwo what else to tell you.

ok. well ill bring home a test light and meter tomorrow to test it. but my harness for my swap the only thing that the pcm runs off of is the 12v switch. and a cranking signal. and im not cranking it so it should only need the 12v switch which is good because the harness it getting power. i just need to check the power at the pcm and the obd2 connector.
well it appears while checking for power(check), ground(check), serial...... 
well it appears the company that made my standalone wiring harness make a little mistake. while checking the pin out on the blue connector. pin 58 which is the serial data was not there. so i checked the pins around it and found the dark green wire for serial data in pin 55 which is for egr pintle position sensor signal. and the funny thing is my harness doesnt have egr provisions. so i think the pin is mixed up. so im calling the company tomorrow to see if my diagnosis is infact correct.
