EFI live DEMO questions
I know you won't be able to tune, but I think you can scan if you happened to have a working cable. Basically with the demo you can see everything you want to. There is NOTHING hidden.

Like said above, there isn't anything that is hidden in the DEMO. For you to tune your car you would need to purchase either the personal or commerical version. Both include everything you would need to tune it properly. I can get you setup on the correct package if you are interested.

The DEMO program is the actual program...
Without a cable it will let you open sample log files and sample tune files,
and you can manipulate these as much as you want
(you can open other people's log and tune files).
Without a cable you can't scan and you can't read/write the flash.

ok i just need a cable to do the basic stuff?
like scan codes etc.
anddo u have to use a laptop or will a desktop work.... cus all i have is mac laptop, so is there a version for the mac's?
