Timing really depends on the setup. If you're talking on stock cam, stock heads, N/A car, I'd say don't add more than 2 degrees to the stock table for WOT. As for N2O on the same car, I hear it's good to pull a degree of timing for every 50 hp. So if you nitrous kicks in from 3K to 6K & you're running a 100 shot, I'd take 2 degrees out of the stock table in that range to be safe at first. You could probably get away with running the stock timing table, but I'd rather be safe with the gas.
When it comes to your idle timing, set that for optimum manifold vacuum (ie lowest MAP kPa). Then, pull fuel if it's running rich.
