HP tuners problem with .NET FRAMEWORK
I have the hpuners for my 98 and 99 years.
The original release works fine, but Im trying to install the 2.0.16 version and it says I have to install the .net framework (1.1). Ive installed it multiple times and it keeps telling me its not installed and I need to install it. Tried this on two different laptops and same thing.
Anyone know what to do? Or why its doing this?
I don't have the password for the hptuners login.

Your confusing me??? Where are you installing .net framework from? When you go to the site and go to logon try your e-mail address as the password. If that doesn't work there is a box that says "Forgot Password" enter your customer ID #, which is the #'s on the cable. Good luck.
Sorry, I got the .net from microsoft, 23 megs or so, its the right one. And a buddy and me share it and he has the loigin stuff. ad i cnant get ahold of him for a while

there a bug I ran into when I had BOTH 1.1 and 2.0 framework installed.
it sees the 2.0 versions and chokes on it. uninstall the 2.0, install HP, then install 2.0 if you need it.
