Misfire at cylinder 5.

Misfire at cylinder 5. Hey guys. My 99 firebird v6 started shaking and trew a SES light on a few days ago. I stopped at Autozone and got them to check the code. It showed up as Misfire detected at cylinder 5. About a year ago or so I've changed all the wires and plugs (Bosh Platinum +4) for exactly the same reason (but at a different cylinder I think). So now I took the plug out to look and haven't seen anything wrong with it so I put it back and replaced the wires again. The problem is still there and looks like it comes on only when I give it some throttle and trying to speed up, at idle it works a little rough too. But at around 2000-3000 rpms with a very little throttle just to hold the speed it feels smooth 
Also I've checked the sparks with inline spark checker and it shows on all the cylinders. So right now I am lost and don't know what else to check. Any Ideas on what else could be wrong there?

Tried to clean those injectors - put injector cleaner in the fuel (was too lazy to take injector out) tank and about 250 miles on a car - no changes at all. Talked to a few people around here - they said to check the coil. So I switched two coils 5/2 with 3/6 set the SES code again and the problem moved to the third cylinder 
Got that coil replaced and car runs fine now 
Got another question - just curious - one contact on that coil is nice and shiny (actually that is the one that wasn't working) and the other one got pretty brown - do you guys know why did it got that way? Is it something I should worry about? Including a pic:
