Using a handheld code scanner, I retrieved a code for a heater failure in my O2 sensor, bank 2 sensor 2. Only problem is, nowhere can I find specifically what sensor that is. I've heard conflicting answers to where it's located, so I'd appreciate if someone could tell me for sure where it's at so I can change it out. Thanks!

Bank 2 is passenger side, sensor 2 is post cat (rear).
