Default Scanner

I have an OBDII Auto Scanner. And I was wondering if it would be able to get rid of 02 sensor codes, and others, that comes with modding a vehicle. It is a multiple scanner ranging from a 96 to current cars.. Any cars that is. It is just not specifictly for a camaro.

Any comments?

Thanks lane

You can read/clear diagnostic codes, but you can't tell the pcm to ignore those codes to keep them from reoccuring without tuning software like HPTuners or EFILive.

it'll clear codes for a minimal amount of time, but the codes will come back...

No I am not throwing codes, but When I put my headers on with no cats. I know some people say there check engine light stays on. So I was wondering if this thing would work on getting rid of it. Thanks for the input guys

you'll prolly see codes like running too rich on bank 1/bank 2 etc... stuff like that ... like jimm said get ahold of hptuners or efilive! good luck
