TPS VOLTS at idle

TPS VOLTS at idle after fumbling with the TB, setscrew in search of more iddle air, now I have HP tuners, each time better with iddle, now the problem is that even I returned the TB screw back (more or less) and HP shows TPS pos 0% still in a stop I get high iddle for about 10 sec, enough to warrant me a code (high iddle condition),
when I started doing freebies I did the 100% wot apperture, VS TPS voltage 4.somethigV, pinching two wires.
Which wires should I pinch and at what voktage for 0%, and 100%.
to be sure a starting point, because I dont want to change a lot of the adaptive iddle. (now is a mess)
