Default LS1 383 - initial tune parameters??

I have a 2004 GTO LS1 M6 that is going back together as a 383cid. Other mods include 212/218 duration @50, 558/563 lift cam, K&N CAI, kooks 1 3/4 LT's. Heads and injectors are stock for now.

My question is this: Are there any absolute parameters that need to be changed in the tune prior to initial start up to compensate for the added displacement?

Is my cam large enough to require tuning mod prior to initial start up?

I posted this on HP tuners and was instructed to change cyl volume....How do I do this?

Thanks for your help!

Open the vcm editor, and open your tune file. Click on engine, click on general. The second parameter from the top left is cylinder volume. Calculate your new cylinder volume and change this number accordingly.
