Do I need a Tune??
if it is running fine and you can have someone look at your AFR using a wideband and it is 14.x around part throttle and what you want WOT, then you are fine.
as long as it isn't a big cam you will be fine. if it is idling funny and surging then you need a tune (Driveability and other issues will be solved)
seriously buy a wideband if you don't already have 1.
