Default HPT 2 bar tune-why use BE table?

I'm not understanding the point of this table, or even the PE table when doing a 2 bar SD tune. Hear me out on this one. If you tune the VE table to command whatever afr you want, at whatever kpa, whether in boost or not, why use these adders?

For example, if you set your ve table to get you at 11:1 afr at 180 kpa...what is the BE table for??

I hope this question makes sense!

ok, lets say you tune your VE table dialed in...that just means your commanded= your actual, But lets say you only hit 200kpa on your "street" tune & hit 250kpa on your "track" tune...that 250kpa tune might need a little more fuel so it doesnt detonate...the pe table cant tune by boost only by rpm whereas the boost multiplyer does
