I take it you are trying to hook up some sort of sensor like a wideband and use the 5.0v of the egr(well that's what the assignment is for an Fbody)? If you are in search of a new pin John Spears of Speartech might be able to help you out with something like that------>sponsor----->

How far is Anderson, Indiana from where you are at? Junk yard but, it will be a used pin that would be hacked into.

Nah, just rip open a PC case and take a mainboard connection wire off. Maybe the speaker, hdd led, or reset switch etc. Use a pin to remove the steel female connector from the plastic jumper body and bobs your uncle.
You can then use that as your new PCM connector pin and wire. You might need to open it out a tad as the PCM pins are a little larger.
I did exactly that to wire up a valet switch for my efilive custom OS works 100% fine.

I just did this this past weekend to wire my LC-1 wideband to my PCM. Go to RadioShack and buy a DB-9 female connector. It's like $1.39 It comes with the female pins, you can solder a 22 guage wire in it, and it slides right in the PCM pin. Perfect fit.
