New Headers Tune Issue i INSTALLED LTs ON MY CAR AND GOT AN ED WRIGHT ECU TUNED FOR HEADERS, MY ISSUE IS EVERY NOW AND THEN IT STARTS RUNNING BAD USSUALLY ON STARTUP, BUT NOT ALLWAYS COLD.I UNPLUGED MY O2 EXT AND THE CAR RUNS FINE NO SES OR ANYTHING PLEASE HELP 
Hate to break it to you, but most mail order tunes for just headers don't adjust for fueling at all. Some might add a degree or two of timing, but I've even seen where they don't touch the spark tables either. What they usually do is kill the rear O2s, set rev limiters to desired, change fans, etc. I've yet to see a mail order tune for a bolt-on car that did much of anything for fueling or spark.
As stated above, get someone to scan your car and give you an idea how things look. Also, check your connections. Make sure the plug wires are good, O2's are connected good, leak free exhaust connections, etc.
