the car always starts cold but after you drive it, it will not restart. If you push start it, then it will start. My friend tuned it with ls1 edit. it is not showing any codes. engines turns over great but will not hit a lick. Would the crankshaft position sensor cause it to do this if it was going bad? I have a 99 SS m6.

 

Ckps should set the code. Have you tried swapping ign/starter relays. Slight oxodation can form on the contacts causing them to stick.

 

No , I have not tried that but I will. So far it has never thrown a code for not starting.

 

I would check fuel pressure durring both of those times

 

my fuel pressure is holding about 60 psi. I think it is some kind of ignition problem. I had to use one of the prongs on the ign relay to control the water pump on the aftercoller. wonder if this could be related? relay doesnt seat all the way down. I am not for sure how to wire it any other way. I did it just as the vortech install manual says to.
