Cant save a BIN from my PCM to the laptop!!

Cant save a BIN from my PCM to the laptop!! im having problems reading the bin,
i have the aldl cable in everything plugged in i can data log but i cant retrieve my bin, i click read, and then it starts reading its 50% or so and it stops the fans kick on and then off then ding!! i get an error saying it cant read the PCM, i hit ok then it say its resetting the PCM and the fans kick on then off again and that's it, the file i saved has 0kb witch means nothing made it on the file, iv been trying to read my bin, but im have a really hard time this is frustrating, iv tried everything, i pulled the battery to let the PCM reset iv waited for the sercurity light to go off nothings working, iv tryed CATS winflash and lt1 edit to get the bin, but nothing works iv even tried reading all the help on both programs still no luck, i know the PCM is fine car starts runs perfected according to my data logs and by ear,
any one?
