would i feel i differance with a tune? I have a 02 ws6 6 speed car......my only mods are magnaflow cat back slp lid and bellows....would i feel anything off a tune?....what elese can i gain from a tune besides timing,and rev and speed limiter limits?...who should i have do a tune thanks 
Yes a tune would be felt. The most gains on your vehicle should be around 22 hp if you have a SAFE tune.
The main benefits are getting rid of engine codes, Skip shift and any other quirk that the car does that you dont like.

It depends on what type of handheld you are talking about i guess. If you get a custom one like SCT that we sell , then they are custom tuned to your exact car and so you could have better shifting, fix your tire size, ect and do anything else that you want to do.
Handhelds are lame, IMO. You may feel a difference with a tune, although i didnt. The tune will ensure that your fueling is on point in closed loop and you can get your AFR dead on where you want it. You can also adjust shift points and mess with limiters and fan temps and stuff like that. I dont think you will really pick up much HP though.
