Default Help me decide.

I was set at getting the EFI V2 Commerical with 2 bar tuning, but as most of you know its been a while and they didn't release it yet. My friend tuned my car with his with HPtuner 2 bar SD and its working great. I also liked the live tuning capability of the HPtuner while i have to get the roadrunner PCM to allow me to do the same with EFI Flash.
I think its $500-550 for the HPtuner and around the same for the EFI Commerical (Them taking my EFI V5-V6 as trade in). I like the EFI interface much better than the HPtuner.

So my question would be.... Should I wait for the V2 which can store more than one tune which is needed in my case on street or track use or just get the HPtuner?

its up to you, but I will say I don't think V2 is going to be priced in the $500-$550 range when its released...you've waited this long though...I'd wait till its released officially, check the pricing & options & then make your decision.

The price is going to be in the high 700's low 800's and with the trade it will be in the high 500's maybe.

I bet you aren't too far off. If you have the std version now, it is only $449 to upgraded to v1 and $349 to upgrade if you have the pro. Both are for V1. V2 pricing isn't released yet but I would agree with foff, you have waited this long, what's a little longer.

I'd wait too...no sense making a decision without knowing all the variables.
