Default Tuning newb

I have HP tuners here and I was wondering about some specific values. I have a rough grounding in how to read the data log I just don't know what the numbers should be. If someone could either give me some values or a link with some specifics for the following it would be appreaciated. Right now I am working with my cousin's Z28(02, lid, catback, gutted cats, FTRA) and my T/A(99, lid, FTRA, LT's, catback, ORY, !AIR, !EGR) that I am working on modding this week.

So enough of that what are the ideal values for:

long term fuel trim
short term fuel trim
spark advance
O2 MV (widebands on the way)
INJ B1 & INJ B2 (I assume this is the injector pulse)

As well what are some no-no's? Could I turn off TQ management without killing the trans? Basically what can I do to get a little more out of a stockish and bolt on car, safely?
