Default help on efilive LS1 tuning?

Yes I'm new to the site. Guys at dieselplace.com referred me to here. I've got a buddy with a 98 Firebird LS1, I've got a duramax tuned with efilive. He's going up against a saleen soon and needs a tune. I'm not very familiar with gas and just need some pointers or help as where to start to tune for him. IE , what tables, percentages and such. Motor is basically stock currently. Any and help is appreciated.
Thanks.

fuel & spark is where you'll make your power check out the stickies at the top...also you might wanna consider getting a wideband.

anyone have an efilive tune, for a stock motor, willing to sell and email me? He's gonna stay away from nitrous for now. He just wants the most he can get with the motor he has. Thanks.
