Tuning Questions

I have a few things done to my car, Lid..Pacetters, and Y pipe, i still have my egr and air, and i need a tune.
I dont have the slightest clue about diagnostics and stuff.
Do I need to purchase a scanner?
Do I need to go and buy Ls1-Edit/other full base tuners..

Or can I just go to a Dyno shop and they will tune everything for me?

maybe, depends on the tuning package you purchase

to tune a vehicle you need some sort of tuning software...check the sticky that says "READ ME"
