Default HTPP3 question

I have the HTPP3 & Ive been using it not for the power programming, but all the other features.
If I get my car tuned at a shop, & later on use the HTPP3 to change a shift point, will that wipe out the tune I got at the shop? The HTPP3 has 2 options: stock tunning & the set program. I just dont want to wipe out a good shop tune cause I changed a shift point.

Ask your tuner, and return everything to stock (bring it with you) before they change anything. Had one once and you could change things w/o loading their canned tune, don't know for sure though.

all you have to do is read the vcm and save that tune to a file and that will be your shop tune, then just for safty i would copy that tune so you have to of them that way you can use your shop tune and tune more on it and still have a back up of you shop tune under another file. Thats the first thing i did with my stock tune.
