I want to get a program that can support more both my vehicles. I checked and it doesnt seem that hptuners, efi live, or ls1 edit can do so. I hear that tunercat is quite outdated. Are there any options for good software that will support both of my vehicles? I can understand buying more that on license but any recommendations?

 

EFILive supports the 97 up LS1's but I don't think that applies in your situation.

I'd say pick up a copy of EFILive for your LS1 and Tunercat or LT1Edit for you LT1.

 

tunercat isnt readily available as jet bought the rights to their obd2 stuff so your kinda in a pickle...you could either get the jet obd2 thing or get the jet & a good obd2 tuner setup like hptuners or efilive, but then you'd still want to get a decent scanner that can scan all the ENHANCED parameters of an LT1.
