Tuning Question. Before and After. Why the difference?

I have a stock and modified tun. Can anyone explain what following changes would do for performance?

Don't know why the dwell time was messed with. The IAT/ECT tables are adders/subrtacters to the final commanded spark. Zeroing these out increases the risk of KR (IAT) or may have been required for better cold starts (ECT). The PE enable should be at or below stock settings. Otherwise, PE might not come on soon enough (higher loads + stoich AFR can cause KR). The AIR pump was simply removed/disabled.
