If I separate my heater ground and signal ground, would that help. I have read to wire them both separately and together. Also, what about the ground coming from my EFI Live Flashcan?

Can someone tell me where they have theirs hooked up and properly works. I would really like to start tuning my car.....

In the wb poll thread I saw one guy said his o2 signal ground runs to the ground on the hptuners and the heater ground runs to the block. Might PM him, it's near the end of the thread I think.

For eveyone else reading this thread...Now you are getting closer to the answer. You need to continue the process of setting the output with Log works to .5, 1.0, 2.5, 5.0 volts and log. Whatever difference you see in the scanner is the ground offset btwn the LC-1's DAC and your scanner, be it EFI Live or Hptuners. You can average the amount (which should be realtively small not large as in the poster's case) and factor that in on the calculation for your scanner.

However in this particular case I think you have fried the DAC.
