tuning with a 4200 stall

tuning with a 4200 stall I am going to be installing a 4200 stall. i know you have to adjust your shift points and i was wondering if my hypertech would be enough or do i have to buy tuning software or have it tuned.

I believe the hypertech can only modify WOT shift points, you will want to adjust your part throttle shift speeds which is not an option (unless Hypertech added some new functionality to their handhelds???)
