2 a-tap codes

2 a-tap codes i got two codes pending-
P1133 HO2S Insufficient Switching Bank 1 Sensor 1
and
P0757
i think the second one is because i dont have a shift kit with my converter yet...what do you guys think? I dont know about the first one though <img src="images/icons/confused.gif" border="0"> . Maybe a burnt o2 wire from the headers?

remember, i only have 303 hp :-p
