randon misfire
rear o2 (something about warming up)
heater core?

it was on for these about 2 weeks ago and the light just went off. and stayed off until yesterday. im not sure if its the same code but im almost certain it is

i dont remember the codes off hand or the exact wording but i will run the scan tool on it again tomorrow and get back.

Did you get the codes read again? Don't worry about the descriptions, just post the codes...just guessing without them.
