RPM's coming down slow.

RPM's coming down slow. when i rev up my motor, my rpms come down normal until it gets down to around 2500rpm, then it comes down real slow. has been this way since lg tuned it. is this normal?
also, my asr turns itself off on it's own sometimes. i'll be driving along and all of a sudden the asr light off will come on and you can't turn it back on. why would it be doing this? this is just under normal cruising and driving conditions.

I would suspect the reason the idle is like that is due to the cam. It is so the car doesn't stall out when coming to a stop or during a burnout. You can correct the problem to a degree so it falls at a nice rate. I wouldn't worry about it as honestly how often do you rev your motor?
Doesnt seem like a normal operation. Have you recently done work on the motor? Possible vacuum leak? Stock IAC's with stock tune have a tough time keeping up with aftermarket cams.
