Need to return to the stock tune...

Need to return to the stock tune... Well, I'm returning the car to stock in order to sell it. I got a full dyno tune for heads/cam as well as a rear differential adjustment and a tweak to the error code from the misfires at idle.
Will returning the car to stock be as simple as going to the dealer for a stock reflash of the PCM? Will that take care of everything if I just ask them to flash it?
