O2 sensor when you got your car hook to a scanner and you look at the live data what should the O2 sesor read if there work right cause the scanner say my car is runing lean in bank 1 and 2

hey guys Im a newbie so i dont understand some of the thing you guy have like wot and 1vdc but i have the car runing with the live data and it say that the car goes to close loop in like 3minute if the car goes into close loop dont that mean the 02 sensor are working right
