Default rough unstable decel/idle

Bill(foff) and Mike(ws6firebirdta00) have come across this issue with Hurley711. On decel, the cars rpms dip and the idle is rough. Now most have said RAF and throttle cracker and follower. I have messed with all of these with no joy. Ive pulled the TB apart and cleaned, didnt change anything. map is still where it has been from months ago. no change in that. It started happening after I dyno'd the car. I was in maf mode. before the car would do that with the maf plugged in, but it even does that in SD now. any ideas?

It dips below the desired RPMs and sits there for a second or two and then recovers? Or does it dip under the desired idle rpms and recover quickly? Do you have a log and the BIN file we can look at?

cracker and follower decay maybe. But most likely cracker.
You can tell it to hold the throttle open a tad more.
If you decel and keep a light touch on the throttle does that fix it?
If so then definitely add some air to cracker. It will have the same effect.
Look at what your spark and afr is doing during that time too for extra checks.

that sounds good. i tried to put the stock tables back in thinking it would help, but when its cold, when i decel, it sticks at about 1500 rpm until it warms up. however, it still dips. i do have to tune my afr and ve again. question is, why would it do it after my dyno when the tune didnt change?

Not sure. Some mech issue? Air leak etc?
We would need to see the logs to have any more thoughts.
