Is there a handheld tuner for 98

I plan to install headers and intake manifold and want to get a handheld tuner to adjust the a/f and spark advance. Is anything available?

i think theres a vinci one that works, but for $53 more you could get a full on tuning suite that could tune up to 4 vehicles in hptuners

might be something to consider.
