O2 sensor delete

I am considering deleting all the O2 sensors on my LS1. The motor is in an off road car so emissions are not an issue. My headers only have a port on one side and I really don't want to buy a simulator, sensor and rewire my harness. Any comments about HP loss etc... would be greatly appreciated. By the way I plan to have the car dyno'd and tuned as well.

You will need to have the motor tuned to run in 'open loop' full time. There's no simulator you can buy for the front oxygen sensors, which are used to control fueling from the factory during 'closed loop' operation.

I wouldn't delete the front O2s. The way your car runs is based on those sensors. The rear ones...big whoop. Most of the guys on here including myself have gotten rid of those for one reason or another...
