WTF Code P0118 and Fans are always ON!!!!!!!

Help Guys got this code after Hypertech 3, When you start the car the fans come on with em!!!!!!!!!!!WTF Help Thanks Jesse.

P0118 is labeled as "Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor Circuit High" which would exactly match what you are seeing.

I had the exact same problem when I forgot to plug the ECT sensor back in after removing it for a spark plug and wire swap.
