02 sensor bank 1 sensor 2 would that be passenger side closer to the rear? and the other one is emission control valve where the hell is that located on the car?

Bank 1 Sensor 2 is the drivers side, post-cat sensor. P1416 is the passenger side air check valve - it's the black valve between the metal air tube coming off the exhaust/then connects to an air hose, right above the #4 cyl coil pack. Easy to replace, disconnect the hose clamp, pull hose off, unscrew it from the pipe using 2 wrenches (so you don't bend the metal pipe).
