What VE changes would you make

408 CI motor SD tune,
based on the trims i logged on a 20 minute drive, what changes would you make to the VE table if any? i know its not perfect, and a long way from it, but I am a total rookie at this, and its is 100x better than when i started.

based on the histogram, i think i should multiply by -3% is that about right? anyone?
