Default EFI University?

Looking for feedback from those who have taken the EFI 101 class. Good, Bad worth the money etc? I have a pretty good back ground in EFI mainly looking to learn some tuning skills with out the error in "Trial and Error".

Input appreciated

Thanks

The guy (Ben Strader) that teaches the EFI class is about as good as it gets from what I hear. Definitely worth it if you're close enough and able to take a class.

Fwiw, I have not taken the class but everything I have read/ heard about the 101 class is that it is a very good introduction to EFI in a general sense. It is not a how to class on tuning with a particular product in mind. So, if you already have a "pretty good background in EFI," then maybe this is not what you are looking for. Their website is pretty detailed on the course and maybe you can get some actual attendees/ instructors to reply.

I took the class...and for someone that needs base knowledge it was good...the 2nd class was like $1000 for some hands on dyno time.. but to me, that portion was over priced and over hyped for the guy playing with his car...but probably necessary for a guy who wants to learn as much as he can quickly. It was well organized and the instructors were very knowlegable and professional.

If your like me, the class was valuable in that I risked someone elses car as I got confused and ran like 60 degrees of timing (wasnt expecting real time changes and held the arrow a bit to long) LOL.. the porsche 924 survived just fine.
