In a perfect world where everybody understands everything and everything is perfect this would not apply but here we have a fine example of software not doing what the user want it to do (for whatever reason: ie. glitch, operator error, etc) and the user sends out a querry and guess who responds? The founder of the company! This is unheard of today. Try that with MicroSoft and I'll bet Bill Gates doesn't reply! I'm not implying that these two software/hardware manufactures are on equal ground but I'm sure you get my point.
