new 408 please help

new 408 please help alright i'm new to this site and to the whole ls1 build up. i've finally made enough $ to start building one. so i want to get it right the first time. so i'm not spending more $ on to many mistakes. i bought the car with these mods
408 iron block
eagle rods and crank
JE nitrous pistons and rings
MTI stage 2 heads---2.02, 1.60 valves
patriot dual springs w/titanium retainers
comp cam roller lifters
harden push rods by comp cams
ported ls6 oil pump
double timing chain
T-rex cam 231/236, 612/613 109lsa
Ls6 intake
pace setter headers
42lb injectors
255 fuel pump
ported TB
level 3 4l60e
TCI 4000 stall
3.23 gears
the tune the guy had in it was set up for a 200 hp shot no2. since i'm not running no2 do i need to change the tune. i have hp tuner. if so what do i need to change in the tune. also the idle lopes between 1000rpm and 1500rpm. is that due to the cam or can i smooth out the idle. also what kind of horse power numbers should i get from this set up. one last thing the trans jerks alot when i let of the gas. as long as i accelerate or going above 60mph its fine but when i slow done its starts jerking. any ideas on the cause. if so any ideas on a fix. i would appreciate any help. i know this is long but i'm new and i have to start somewhere. so could someone please help. this site is awesome.
