Default O2 HEATER & EVAP NOT READY

The O2 Heater Is That The Front Or Rear? Went To Get Emisions, O2 Heater And Evap Not Ready Come Up. I Have Ls1 Edit And Deleted The Rear O2, Tank Pressure And Air. Can You Delete All The Evap As Well. I Dont Have Cats Or An Air Pump So I Need Some Help. I Also Cut And Welded The Flages Off The Headers So Putting The Air Pump Back On Is Not An Option.

It all depends on the code.

P0135 - driver side front
P0141 - driver side rear
P0155 - passenger side front
P0161 - passenger side rear

I believe if you delete the following codes, you should be all set.

I have an Inspection only tune that I use once a year. I still dread inspection time.

cut off all your EVAP, 02 crap (and i mean ALL of em' there are a LOT) and EGR..if you have it... then flash the tune, use the scan tool and test the readiness tests...as it won't lie to you with your scantool

i too have a 'ready' tune

Just remember that your code has to be set to "no", but your ses has to be set to "on". If you turn off the code and the ses, the tests will never popup complete.

Exactly...any codes you need to go ready for inspection need to be set to:

"No Error Reported"
SES Enabled - "On" (NOT OFF)

The second part doesn't make intuitive sense, but trust me, it won't set a light, and the related codes go ready immediately (no driving cycles needed).
