Stock timing should be fine with headers. Why did you retard the timing?

For part throttle, you can make some adjustments based on the fuel trims. But for WOT, you'll need to get access to a WBO2 sensor - buy one, borrow one, whatever. WOT AFR is not something that you can really figure out w/out a wideband. Some say, 920mv is a good target for WOT using the NBO2 sensors. But personally, I don't trust them. They're not designed to operate with AFR's that rich.

No need to retard the timing. Go back to stock timing.

I retarded the timing because it seriously needed it... i gained so much power back... whoever had the car before me did some crazy **** to it and everything is wierd. It still doesnt feel as fast as it was before the headers... im probably going to have to pay to have it dyno tuned...

Sell the flowmaster and put the money toward a wideband. Both moves will gain power.
