Default Parameters Required to Trigger DFCO?

I just recently finished putting my car back to stock and was looking forward to having the DFCO feature again. However, it doesn't work quite like it used to. Before, it would come on all the time, even on small hills, and it always came on around 1900 rpm. Now, you really have to be trucking down a hill or coming off the freeway and downshift a couple gears to get it to go. Now it triggers around 2300 rpm. I am curious to know how the PCM knows when to trigger DFCO. I'm thinking it has something to do with the MAP, and maybe throttle position. Is there a way to get the DFCO to trigger sooner, or more often? Thanks.

There are entry tables for both RPM and MAP, as well as a few other points... If the RPM tables are still stock (1900 I think) go back to your logs and look at where you fall on the MAP at the point you want DFCO to become active.
