What version is it? If it's V1.03 or earlier like mine you'll want the newer updates (has A LOT of new features) and need to send it in anyway. Supposed to be returned to stock tune though if I'm not mistaken. Call 561-908-0040 and ask for Mike, he can answer all your questions.

Predator is the only one who can unlock the Predator. I just sent mine in for the firmware update and I next day aired it and Predator did the same back for me.
Call and ask for Mike or Johan, but either way you are going to pay to have the unit unlocked.
The new update has alot of new features, I hope to be able to see how it does this week after our ice weather is gone.

How long did it take total? Need to send mine in and running a custom tune, have to return it to stock, daily driver and don't want to drive it very long on the stock tune. Did they send an updated manual? Just curious.

I dont know if Johan did it fast for me because of my situation or not. I sent mine to them and they got it on a Monday and sent it back out that same day.

I too have a used predator. Called diablosport about unlocking it and they are telling me the origianl owner had to reinstall the stock tune on the car in order for it to be unlocked. So to make a long story short they won't unlock mine. Anyone have any ideas.
