Default Speed density question/heads

Hey there looking for some answers to a couple questions.

1---My car currently has a speed density tune. I am changing my heads to ported heads with less compression(boost motor)LQ9. Will my car run with these heads to make it to the tuner?

2---With the heads I am putting on there and the fact they flow better than the stock 241 heads which I was using. Will I be able to get rid of the speed density tune and go with a normal performance dyno tune?

Thanks people I wasn`t sure what to start searching with.

if your boosted, depending on the boost level your running with a maf you very well might be maxing it out.

If it stalls though thats rarely related to the type of tune ie SD/MAF
